Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Jeepster Man. These are the following terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Free shipping on orders over $98.00 only applies to the United States 48 contiguous states. International shipping is not free nor outside of the 48 contiguous. For orders under $98.00 the standard shipping cost is $8.50 unless otherwise stated.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We always make every effort to ship same day. In stock orders will be shipped same day and received before 1:00 PM CST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will be contacted if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your items.
Overnight shipping is only available if orders are placed before 12:00 PM CST and must be cleared by the shipping department to ensure items are in stock and workload permits. International Shipping Policy:
We do ship internationally from the Jeepster Man website. We also have an eBay store.
Shipping Services and Cost:
We use UPS Ground or USPS as our preferred shippers. We use USPS flat rate boxes for small items, PO Boxes, and non-contiguous US. UPS Ground times vary between 3-5 business days. USPS flat rate shipments take 2-3 business days. Other shipping alternatives are available but will incur higher costs to the consumer. All shipments except flat rate are calculated by weight, size, and distance. Over size items will incur extra shipping charges. We do not offer free shipping but even with our shipping rates and low parts prices we out compete our competitors.
Rebuild Service: Send all rebuilds to 201 VFW Drive, Festus, MO 63028. Please include order number, name, phone, and email.
Your tracking number will either be updated in your online invoice or a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your email for your tracking number.
We do offer freight shipping for larger items, crates, and pallets. Please contact us for freight shipments. We prefer Fastenal if available and is often the most economical for the customer. Please contact email@example.com or call 732-458-3966 for quotes.
You may return items within 30 days of purchase unless authorized by the returns team.
We do charge a restocking fee of 10% on all items.
Custom order items such as convertible tops, custom carpet, lift kits, upholstery may not be returned.
If employees from Jeepster Man have made an error in your order we will pay for your shipping. Customers will pay to ship items back that are returned at the will of the customer.
Items must be returned un-used and in working order. If items have been damaged by the customer we can’t return those items.
Once items have been returned and accepted we can provide a refund, offer alternative items, or provide a credit to your account. We do not buy back parts left over from restorations, etc.
